|Vreeland Law Firm, Inc. is a business law firm primarily representing entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses in connection with their nonlitigation legal needs, such as mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures and strategic alliances, major asset purchases or sales, business formations and choice of entity planning, other organizational or governance matters such as shareholder buy-sell or voting agreements, equity incentive plans and stock option agreements, federal and state income tax planning and tax controversy representations, and other day-to-day operational matters.
The sole shareholder of the firm is Clayton J. Vreeland. Clay is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law (JD 1983; Comment Editor of UCLA Law Review, 1982-83) and the USC Marshall School of Business (BSBA 1977, magna cum laude). Prior to law school Clay worked as a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. He is married and has two children.
